About Personal Travel Concierge
Personal Travel Concierge was established by Kelly James based on her love of travelling and a desire to share the gift of travel with others. Kelly’s focus is on providing her clients with a high level of customised service to ensure that they get the best possible travel experience from the time that they decide to make plans until the time that they return.
Kelly has travelled extensively with her family, including her four small children, and has learnt that well laid plans are extremely valuable when faced with such little time to explore the world. However with the development of the many online booking websites and the sheer wealth of information available to travellers, this can be very confusing and overwhelming to many people. Kelly has heard many accounts of where people’s experiences have not lived up to their expectations, or where they have simply put off their plans because it is just too daunting a task.
Kelly believed that there had to be a better way and that travellers were crying out for customised service and travel advice that was specifically tailored to them and their needs. So with her extensive travel experience and her 15 years working within the industry, Kelly started Personal Travel Concierge to do just that.
At Personal Travel Concierge we believe that personal service, care and attention is the missing element to many travel experiences these days. With the ability to book so much travel directly, there’s no place for average travel agents. Our goal is to go the extra mile to provide our clients with custom holiday experiences that go beyond their expectations and open their eyes to just how amazing a holiday planned by a professional can be.
Personal Travel Concierge is ATAS travel accredited and a proud member of the Australian Federation of Travel Agents (AFTA). Kelly holds a Certificate III in Travel, and Cruise Ambassador Status with Cruise Line Industry Australasia (CLIA). Kelly is also a fully qualified Chartered Accountant.
